Glory Environmental Protection (01395.HK) announced on August 21 that the Group is expected to record a pre-tax loss of no more than 5.5 million Hong Kong dollars in the first half of 2024, an increase of approximately 67% compared to the pre-tax loss of approximately 3.3 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ended June 30, 2023. The increase is mainly attributed to the increase in administrative expenses (including but not limited to employee costs and professional fees) of several subsidiary companies of the Group.
