According to the announcement of Futu Securities, on May 28,2024, Avic Joy Hldg (00260) and its wholly-owned subsidiary Tongda Environmental Protection, and the buyer Supreme Mode Limited have entered into a sale and purchase agreement. Based on this, Tongda Environmental Protection conditionally agrees to sell and the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the sale shares A (450 shares of Jialian International Shares); the company conditionally agrees to sell and the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the sale share B (1 Excellent Top Share); the company conditionally agrees to sell and the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the accounts receivable for sale A; and, Tongda Environmental Protection conditionally agrees to sell and the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the accounts receivable for sale B, with a total price of HKD 28 million.

The announcement stated that all preconditions under the purchase and sale agreement have been met and the sale transaction carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale agreement was completed on August 20, 2024.
