Project Holdings <9246> announced on the 14th that its subsidiary, Project Company, has signed a business alliance contract with Ministry of Solutions Services (MSS), a subsidiary of Mincab De Infonoid <4436>.

Project Company provides multiple solutions, including consulting services in the DX field, qualitative evaluation of website and smartphone app usability through "UIscope", and AI consulting services based on customer companies' business challenges and data holdings.

Meanwhile, MSS is engaged in information solution business utilizing the expertise cultivated in the operation of financial media and cloud input data, as well as system integration business and package solution business leveraging the consulting and development track record in financial institutions.

Through the partnership, both companies will jointly conduct sales and proposal activities, mutually resell solutions, establish business promotion meetings led by business executive officers for regular information exchange and discussions. They aim to achieve effective expansion of services and solutions through mutual customer referrals, and also anticipate collaboration between Project Company's consulting services to determine business strategies and promotion policies, followed by MSS's solution introduction and system development.

Additionally, they plan to promote joint planning of new solutions utilizing the expertise and assets held by both companies, starting with planning a technical verification of advanced technology utilization, such as AI, to enhance and streamline MSS's system development operations.
