On the 14th, Beauty Kadan Holdings <3041> announced the difference between its consolidated performance forecast and actual performance values for the fiscal year ending June 2024, as well as the difference between individual performance and the previous year's actual performance value. In addition, it announced that surplus dividends based on June 30, 2024 will be proposed at the 28th regular general meeting of shareholders scheduled for September 25, 2024.

The difference between the forecast and actual results for the fiscal year ending June 2024 (July 2023-June 2024) for the full-year consolidated performance forecast is sales revenue of 6.982 billion yen, an increase of 5.8% from the previous forecast, operating profit of 0.084 billion yen, a decrease of 43.4%, ordinary profit of 0.099 billion yen, a decrease of 33.6%, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders of 0.028 billion yen, a decrease of 74.1%, with net income per share revised to 7.04 yen. While each business is generally on a recovery trend and sales exceed expectations, profits have been revised downward due to decreased revenue in the agriculture sector due to consecutive cropping damage, rising raw material costs, increased labor costs, and increased costs due to the transition to a holding company structure.

The difference between individual performance for the fiscal year ending June 2024 and the previous year's actual performance value (July 2023-June 2024) is sales revenue of 1.685 billion yen, a 35.7% decrease from the previous year's actual performance, operating profit of 0.031 billion yen (a loss of 9.8 billion yen in the previous year's actual performance), ordinary profit of 0.07 billion yen, an 86.4% increase, net income of 0.068 billion yen, a 103.1% increase, and net income per share of 16.91 yen. Sales revenue decreased due to transition to a holding company structure and transfer of sales of the flower altar business to two subsidiary companies. However, profits increased due to management fees and dividends from the subsidiary companies being treated as revenue.

The year-end dividend for June 2024 has been decided at 4.00 yen per share.
