Zhixin Finance App News, Baowang Shares (06657) announced that the stable price period for global sales will end on August 3, 2024 (Saturday) (i.e. 30 days after the submission of the Hong Kong public sale application deadline).

This announcement is about the company's disclosure on July 8, 2024. As there is no oversubscription of H shares in the international offering, the sponsor and overall coordinator (representing international underwriters) will not exercise oversubscription rights and neither the stabilizing agent nor any of its affiliates or any person acting on its behalf will take any stabilizing action in connection with the global offering during the stabilizing period. The oversubscription rights will expire on August 3, 2024 (Saturday). Therefore, the company will not issue H shares pursuant to the oversubscription rights.

The director confirms that following the end of the stabilizing period, the company will comply with and continue to comply with Rule 8.08(1)(a) of the Listing Rules, which requires that at all times at least 25% of the total number of issued shares must be held by the public.
