“Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily”, July 26 — This evening, three science and technology innovation board semiconductor companies, Lanqi Technology, Xinyuanwei, and Juchen Co., Ltd. issued an announcement. The results of the inquiry and transfer were settled. The prices of the three companies' inquiries and transfers were consistent with previous announcements, which were 57.72 yuan/share, 64.72 yuan/share, and 55.49 yuan/share; the total transaction amounts were 0.993 billion yuan, 0.13 billion yuan, and 0.176 billion yuan, respectively, and the sales limit period was 6 months.

As of today's close, the prices of the three companies were 58.23 yuan/share, 65.88 yuan/share, and 52.31 yuan/share, respectively, down to varying degrees from the day the inquiry and transfer announcement was issued (July 23). Among them, Juchen shares have fallen below the inquiry transfer price.

In terms of Lanqi Technology, a total of 12 investment institutions transferred a total of 17.21 million shares. In terms of institutional types, participants include 4 qualified overseas institutional investors (QFII), 3 fund management companies, 3 private equity fund managers, 1 insurance company, and 1 securities company.

In terms of participation amounts, Xingzheng Global, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase, and UBS AG each received 0.484 billion yuan, 0.101 billion yuan, 93.5064 million yuan, and 81.9624 million yuan, which are relatively high. The transferred shares accounted for 0.73%, 0.15%, 0.14%, and 0.12% of the company's total share capital, respectively.

On the side of Xinyuan Micro, a total of 13 investment institutions transferred a total of 2 million shares. In terms of institutional types, participants include 5 private equity fund managers, 4 qualified foreign institutional investors (QFII), 3 fund management companies, and 1 securities company.

In terms of participation amounts, UBS AG, NORD Fund, Guangfa Fund, and Morgan Stanley each took the lead in transferring 23.9464 million yuan, 20.6457 million yuan, 17.2802 million yuan, and 12.6204 million yuan. The transferred shares accounted for 0.18%, 0.16%, 0.13%, and 0.1% of the company's total share capital, respectively.

In terms of Juchen shares, a total of 14 investment institutions transferred a total of 3.18 million shares. In terms of institutional types, nearly half of the participants are private equity fund managers, or 6, including 3 fund management companies, 3 qualified foreign institutional investors (QFII), and 2 securities companies.

In terms of the amount of participation, Shengquan Hengyuan, NORD Fund, J.P. Morgan Chase, and UBS AG transferred 66.0331 million yuan, 39.9528 million yuan, 9.9882 million yuan, and 8.8784 million yuan respectively, ranking relatively high. The transferee shares accounted for 0.75%, 0.45%, 0.11%, and 0.1% of the company's total share capital, respectively.

“Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily” noticed that several QFII companies, such as Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase, and UBS AG, frequently appeared among the three Science and Technology Innovation Board semiconductor companies to inquire and transfer transferees. According to calculations, the above three investment institutions transferred a total of 0.227 billion yuan, 0.11 billion yuan, and 0.115 billion yuan respectively in the three inquiries and transfers. In addition, six investment institutions, J.P. Morgan Chase, UBS AG, NORD Fund, Cathay Pacific Junan, Guangfa Fund, and Shanghai Muxin, appeared simultaneously in the above three inquiries and transfers, while institutions such as Yicun Investment and Fangzheng Securities also appeared twice.

Today, the company announced the shareholders' inquiry and transfer pricing. The initial transfer price was 44.18 yuan/share, a 13.46% discount from today's closing price (51.05 yuan/share). There were 15 institutional investors participating in the quotation, and the number of valid shares subscribed was 8.445 million shares, corresponding to a valid subscription ratio of about 1.1 times. The number of transferees was initially determined to be 14, and the total number of shares to be transferred is 8.0002 million shares.
