洲際航天科技推出極具全球競爭力的六款商用光學衛星 開啟衛星量產業化的新里程

Aerospace hi-tech holding group has launched six highly competitive commercial optical satellites globally, marking a new journey in the industrialization of satellite production.

PR Newswire ·  Jul 25 13:42

On July 25, 2024, Interstellar Aerospace Technology Group Limited (Interstellar Aerospace or the Group; stock code: 1725.HK) announced with pleasure that it is launching six commercial optical satellites (see table for details) and related aerospace products. The Group aims to enter the global market and expand its customer base with highly competitive pricing strategies, to capture the demand of emerging markets and rapid growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. This marks a new milestone in Interstellar Aerospace's satellite production and commercialization, and takes an important step toward the Group's globalization strategy.

July 25, 2024, is the first anniversary of the ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center of Interstellar Aerospace. The Group launched commercially disruptive optical satellites with resolutions ranging from 5 meters to 0.5 meters on its official website, priced from USD 0.035 million to USD 0.99 million, with the most attention-grabbing being the commercial optical satellite with a resolution of up to 0.5 meters, sold at only USD 0.99 million. The Group also plans to launch nearly 100 satellite components and application services, including separation seats, multi-star distributors, and 0.5-meter resolution lightweight cameras.

The Group is confident that through this series of satellite products, it will directly participate in the global commercial aerospace market competition and rapidly enhance the Group's brand awareness, significantly expand its customer base and further increase its market share.

The growth potential of the commercial optical satellite market is enormous. With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI), the demand for satellite remote sensing data, communication services, navigation and positioning is growing rapidly. The appearance of commercial optical satellites that have competitive advantages and enormous market demand will effectively reduce the threshold of satellite applications, release market potential and create tremendous commercial value.

In July 2023, Interstellar Aerospace successfully built its first satellite manufacturing center of nearly 20,000 square meters in ASPACE Hong Kong, which has the capability to research and develop different types of multi-satellites, including communication, navigation, remote sensing and radar satellites with a weight of 10 to 1,000 kilograms in parallel, with an annual production capacity of up to 500 satellites.

Interstellar Aerospace's globalization strategy continues to make significant progress, while innovating and creating core satellite products, gradually building a complete aerospace ecosystem.
