GHL Systems Bhd's Stock Suspended From 9am, July 31, 2024
GHL Systems Berhad (GHL) has applied for the withdrawal of GHL's Listing Status from the official list of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) pursuant to paragraph 16.07 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, its said in a Bursa Listing today.

Earlier, reference was made to the Offer Document and GHL's announcement on 4 July 2024 in which NTT Data Japan Corporation had initiated an unconditional mandatory take-over offer through Cimb Investment Bank Berhad to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Ghl Systems Berhad not already held by the offeror for a cash consideration of RM1.08 per offer share.
