On the news side, recently Shanghai/Guangxi/Hebei respectively issued approvals for far-sea projects. The Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission plans 29.3 GW projects have received national approval. In March this year, the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission announced the launch of the national governance 4.3 GW + municipal management 1.5 GW offshore wind power project competition. In addition, according to the announcement of competitive configuration technology service bidding for Guangxi Wind Power Development Co., Ltd. under GD Power Development, Guangxi has launched a 6.5GW national governance sea wind power project competition, of which the N and P site center offshore straight line distance is about 94-120km.
Xinda Securities stated that according to Wind Power Headlines' compilation, the scale of industrial wind power generation in June was 66.9 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 12.7%. The scale of industrial wind power generation from January to June was 475.5 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 6.9%. Looking forward to 2024-2025, the industry may usher in a relatively fast period of offshore wind construction; the resistance to offshore wind construction may gradually weaken in the future, and the orders and profits of relevant companies may be significantly reflected. In the medium and long term, factors such as the acceleration of deep-sea wind power construction, a more positive outlook for the 15th Five-Year Plan, and continuous progress in going abroad are expected to drive the development of the industry towards prosperity.
