On July 22, 2024, the company and Zhengzhou Yahong, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Agile Holdings (the controlling shareholder of the company), signed such agreements with the People's Government of Zheng'an Town, the People's Government of Liuji Town, the People's Government of Yaojia Town and the Guanghui Street Subdistrict Office. According to this, the company and Zhengzhou Yahong will lend and Zhengzhou Yahong will borrow a loan according to a separate loan agreement. The total amount of the loan between the company and Zhengzhou Yahong as described in each such agreement is equal to the outstanding property management fee, that is, the total amount of the total amount that the group provided property management services to the Zheng'an Town People's Government, the Liuji Town People's Government, and the Guanghui Street Subdistrict Office, and each owes the company. At the same time as signing these agreements, the Company, Zhengzhou Yahong and Tengchong Agile entered into a loan agreement containing the terms and arrangements relating to the loan between the Company and Zhengzhou Yahong.
