International Genius Company (00033.HK) announced that its subsidiary, Deep Neural Computing Company, has signed a cooperation framework agreement with Yingxin Fintech (CFL), aiming to enhance CFL and its partners' asset management services by utilizing the group's algorithmic trading knowledge.

The company stated that the cooperation includes the group granting CFL a non-exclusive and non-transferable license, CFL establishing a series of funds to conduct asset management and technical support and system integration using the group's trading technology, as well as CFL conducting business cooperation with the group's trading technology by introducing its cooperative institutions and high-net-worth customer network.

Management believes that this cooperation can promote business development, expand revenue sources and improve performance by extending its trading technology to a global scale, and create value for shareholders.
