Futu Information, July 16 news, Hong Kong stocks continued yesterday's decline, the Hang Seng technology index fell to 2% at one point, and the midday closed down 1.73%, wiping out the previous two days of strong gains. The Hang Seng Index and GEM Index fell 1.37% and 1.34%, respectively, and the Hang Seng Index lost the 18,000-point mark again.

As of the midday close, 538 Hong Kong stocks rose, 1065 fell, and 1473 remained flat.

In terms of sectors, network technology stocks fell across the board, Ctrip plunged more than 4%, Kuaishou and Baidu fell nearly 4%, Tencent and JD.com fell more than 2%, and Meituan, Alibaba, and Xiaomi fell more than 1%.

Gold stocks rose across the board, with Shandong Gold up nearly 6%, Zhaojin Mining up nearly 4%, Lingbao Gold, Zijin Mining, and China Gold International up about 1%.

Apple concept stocks were strong, with Sunny Optical Technology up nearly 4%, Cowell and Q-Tech Technology up nearly 3%, BYD Electronics and AAC Technologies up nearly 1%.

Sporting goods stocks were weak, with 361 Degrees falling nearly 5%, Li-Ning and Xtep International falling more than 3%, Yue Yuen Industrial, TopSports, and Anta Sports falling nearly 2%.

Insurance stocks fell across the board, with Ping An Insurance falling more than 5%, New China Life Insurance and AIA Insurance falling about 3%, and China Life Insurance falling more than 1%.

In addition, shipping stocks and coal stocks fell sharply, while biomedical stocks, auto stocks, and semiconductor stocks fell slightly, and oil and gas stocks rose slightly.

In terms of individual stocks,$CTG DUTY-FREE (01880.HK)$Up more than 3%, gross margin in the second quarter improved compared to the previous quarter, and duty-free airport business improved significantly.
