In terms of office services, Kwg Living has launched the TOD commercial project in Zhonglong Station of Guangzhou, the Nantong Sinbase Valley project, and the office building of the Baishan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau. In terms of high-end residential services, Kwg Living's projects include Beijing Zhixueyuan Community and Shanghai Songze Huacheng Pinyue Xuan.

At the same time, the company has also developed intelligent public services, undertaking projects such as the Disihu International Software College of East China Normal University, Jinyang High School in Changsha, Lingnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Guangzhou, and Zhuhai Xiangzhou District People's Hospital.
