According to the latest announcement from the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau of Macau, the Secretary for Economy and Finance set the annual limit on the number of gaming promoters for 2025 to remain unchanged at 50 on June 28. The announcement shows that Venetian under Sands China (01928.HK) and Macau Gaming under Galaxy Entertainment (00880.HK) were approved for 12 and 5, respectively. MGM China (02282.HK) and Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (MLCO.US) were approved for 8 each, while Galaxy Entertainment (00027.HK) and Wynn Macau (01128.HK) were each approved for 5.

The annual total limit on gaming promoter partnerships for 2024 remains unchanged from last year at 250. As of April, there are currently 7 gaming promoter partnerships in Macau.
