ST高鸿将于7月31日召开股东大会，审议公司拟向法院申请预重整及重整等议案

金融界7月11日消息，ST高鸿发布公告，将于2024年7月31日召开第5次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月24日，当日收市后持有ST高鸿股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：北京市海淀区东冉北街9号院北区1号楼会议室十。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于公司拟向法院申请预重整及重整的议案》

2、《关于提请公司股东大会授权董事会及董事会授权人士办理公司预重整及重整相关事项的议案》。
