Dataprep Appoints 3 New Directors
Dataprep Holdings has announced the appointment of three new board of directors with immediate effect, they will be holding the position as independent directors.

Mohd Shariman Mohd Sidek was the regional director of International Data Center Authority (IDCA), USA,he is also the Independent non-executive director of Betamek Berhad -Director of AIFFA (ASEAN International Film Festival & Awards). Prior to that he was the Resident Consultant at Macroworks PMC -1999- founded and became CEO of VtoV.com Inc, a digital media and technology company in California, USA -CEO of MSA Resources, a digital infrastructure group.
Mohd Shariman Mohd Sidek曾任國際數據中心管理局(IDCA)美國區域型董事，並擔任Betamek Berhad的獨立非執行董事-AIFFA (東盟國際電影節與獎項)主任。在此之前，他曾擔任Macroworks PMC的駐場顧問，1999年成立並擔任VtoV.com Inc.的數字媒體和科技公司的首席執行官，同時擔任數字基礎設施集團MSA Resources的首席執行官。
Puan Hmsiah Khalid was the independent non-executive director of Homeritz Corporation Berhad in 2001 before that she was the Internal Auditor, Progressive Impact Corporation Berhad and transferred to Foxboro (M) Sdn Bhd, Accounts Manager. She was lalso the Group Chief Financial Officer Zaiyadal Keluarga Sdn Bhd and currently Group Chief Financial Officer, Progressive Impact Corporation Berhad.

Bhd. and various positions in Sima Darby Plantation.
