LBS Inaugurates Long-Awaited Bandar Saujana Putra Flyover
LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) has officially launched the Bandar Saujana Putra (BSP) flyover, a long-awaited infrastructure project set to benefit the residents of Bandar Saujana Putra and surrounding areas.

The launch ceremony was officiated by Datuk Seri Amirudin Bin Shari, the Chief Minister of Selangor, and attended by several notable figures, including YM Raja Ahmad Shahrir Iskandar Bin Raja Salim, Chief Executive Officer of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad, YB Izham Hashim, Exco for Public Infrastructure and Facilities, YBhg Dato' Amirul Azizan Bin Dato' Sri Abd Rahim, Yang DiPertua of Majlis Perbandaran Kuala Langat, and YBhg Tan Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San, Group Executive Chairman of LBS.

Announced in 2019, the BSP flyover is now open for public use, providing crucial links to the North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite) and South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) highways.

The flyover is anticipated to significantly enhance traffic flow for the area, which currently hosts a population of approximately 20,000 people, not including nearby residents.

Expressing his satisfaction with the completion of the BSP flyover, Tan Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San stated, "Despite facing challenges, including those during the pandemic, I am pleased that we have completed this project. I believe that this flyover will alleviate traffic congestion and enhance traffic flow at this critical location."

The completion of the flyover marks a significant milestone for LBS, aligning with the recent launch of BSP Sutera in April. This low-density development includes apartments and townhouses, projected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM 207 million, adding substantial value to Bandar Saujana Putra. "This township is a strategically developed mixed development that offers a comprehensive selection of serviced residences, houses, and commercial units that cater to the needs of every Malaysian," added Tan Sri.

YM Raja Ahmad Shahrir Iskandar bin Raja Salim, Chief Executive Officer of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB), expressed optimism about the project's impact on local real estate values. "As a result of the construction of the flyover and the Bandar Saujana Putra intersections connected to the main highway network, I am optimistic that the value of real estates in this area and its environs will rise dramatically," he said.

The launch of the Bandar Saujana Putra flyover aims to improve residents' quality of life by reducing travel time and traffic congestion." He also extended his gratitude to LBS for their contribution to the construction of the flyover.
