Upscale residential and commercial property developer YNH Property Berhad (YNH) celebrated the topping out of Block C, the first tower of Solasta Dutamas at Mont Kiara.

Block C is part of the 3.52-acre freehold Solasta Dutamas. The residential development features three towers with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately RM771 million. Solasta Dutamas provides unparalleled access to Peninsular Malaysia as it is the only development in the area with an approved covered walkway to the KTM railway station.

Allan Yu, Group General Manager of YNH Property, said, "With the support of the operation and construction team, we have successfully completed the structural framework of Block C within the construction timeline. The remaining two towers, namely Block B and Block A, are progressing well and are at the superstructure stage of construction.

"Solasta Dutamas is on track for completion in 2026. The unbilled sales are expected to contribute positively to the Group's future financial performance."

He added the strategic location coupled with the value for money of this development has attracted discerning home buyers who are young, upwardly mobile and appreciate the modern contemporary urban lifestyle.

Yu added that the Group still has 10 acres of freehold landbank in the surrounding area for future developments. Solasta Dutamas will serve as the benchmark for future development. "We aim to create a sustainable integrated urban development encompassing a modern residential, commercial and lifestyle hub, unlocking the value of this parcel of land.

"Our Solasta Dutamas project is a showcase of how our corporate focus on forming strategic joint ventures with landowners can fully unlock the value of the landbank and deliver significant returns on our investment," he said.

Block C, the first tower to reach its highest point, is a 42-storey development comprising 501 residential suites. The other two towers, Block B and Block A are 33-storey and feature 329 units. It features six layouts: 2-bedroom units include Type A (720 sq. ft), Type A1 (750 sq. ft) and Type A2 (800 sq. ft), while 3-bedroom units include Type B (880 sq. ft) and Type B1 (900 sq. ft). Each unit is partially furnished with built-ins and priced from RM697,500 onwards.
