Simply Wall St ·  Jul 5 13:43

Potential Truly International Holdings Limited (HKG:732) shareholders may wish to note that the Executive Chairman & MD, Wai Wah Lam, recently bought HK$3.7m worth of stock, paying HK$0.92 for each share. However, it only increased shareholding by a small percentage, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Truly International Holdings

In fact, the recent purchase by Executive Chairman & MD Wai Wah Lam was not their only acquisition of Truly International Holdings shares this year. They previously made an even bigger purchase of HK$8.3m worth of shares at a price of HK$0.76 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of HK$1.01. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.
