During lunchtime, the Nikkei 225 futures were in a strong deadlock in the range of 40,650 yen to 40,750 yen. The dollar-yen rate has been about 10 yen higher since around 9 am, with 1 dollar = 161.40-50 yen. Asia's market conditions have resulted in a slight decrease of approximately 0.2% after the Shanghai Composite Index started slightly higher and turned down. On the other hand, the Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong is trading in the positive zone, rising about 0.4%.
