On July 2, Glonhui announced that (1) Mr. Leung C, F, had resigned as the company secretary of cn culture gp, effective from July 2, 2024. Both the company secretary and the board of directors have confirmed that they have no objection to this, and there are no matters related to Mr. Leung's resignation that need to be submitted to shareholders of the company and Hong Kong exchange; (2) Mr. Leung will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company referred to in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Exchange; and (3) Mr. Lam Chi San has been appointed as the company's company secretary and authorized representative.
