会议地点：湖北省十堰市东益大道9号公司会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：
1、关于修订《公司章程》的议案
2、关于全资子公司使用公积金弥补亏损的议案
3、关于公司使用公积金弥补亏损的议案。
