Transfer of the [Flat 35] business, etc. handled by LIXIL Home Finance to SBI Alhi

LIXIL Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Kinya Seto hereafter, LIXIL) and its subsidiary LIXIL Home Finance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazunari Miyashita; hereafter, LIXIL Home Finance) have contractual status and loan claims, etc. relating to the “full-term fixed interest rate mortgage [flat 35]” business handled by LIXIL Home Finance, SBI Alhi Co., Ltd. We are pleased to inform you that we have concluded a “Status Transfer Agreement” and a “Loan Claim Transfer Reservation Agreement” on 2024/6/27 in order to transfer (hereafter, this case transfer) to (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tsutomu Ikuma; hereafter, SBI Alhi). Note that the transfer date is scheduled for 2024/9/27.
Until now, LIXIL has been optimizing its business portfolio and focusing on core businesses in order to improve business efficiency and strengthen its financial position. This decision is part of the efforts LIXIL has been promoting so far. Furthermore, SBI Arhi is a financial institution specializing in mortgages, and since it has retained the experience and know-how so far that it has inherited the “flat 35” business of other companies, it has been determined that a smooth succession is possible.

About customers subject to this transfer
Due to this transfer, there are currently no plans to change the details of the customer's mortgage agreement, withdrawal date, debit account, etc., or procedures for the customer to perform.
