According to the proposal of 'Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.'s Profit Distribution Plan for 2023' approved by the 2023 Shareholders' Meeting of the bank on June 18, 2024, the bank plans to distribute cash dividends of RMB 1.0 yuan (including tax) per 10 shares to ordinary shareholders registered after the close of trading based on the total share capital on the implementation date of equity distribution. The bank will not distribute bonus shares or increase the share capital.

The equity distribution record date is July 8, 2024; the ex-right and ex-dividend date is July 9, 2024. The A-share shareholders' cash dividends entrusted by the bank to China Securities Depository and Clearing Shenzhen Branch (or other depository institutions) will be directly transferred to their fund account on July 9, 2024.
