Ruifeng Power (02025) announced that Li Yaowen has resigned as the company's secretary and chief financial officer due to their need to invest more time in other matters. He no longer serves as an authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Security Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and an authorized representative for receiving legal proceedings and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), effective from June 30, 2024.

Meng Lingjin will be appointed as an executive director and chief financial officer, effective from July 1, 2024.
Chen Suquan will be appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative and legal process agent, replacing Mr. Li, effective from July 1, 2024.
