According to the announcement, the overall gross margin decreased from about 13.3% in the year ended March 31, 2023, to about 8.6% in the year ended March 31, 2024. The main reason for the decline is the rising labor costs caused by high inflation, which further drives up direct costs.
The increase in loss was mainly due to the following factors: decrease in revenue; decrease in gross margin; decrease in impairment loss of trade receivables and contract assets; and increase in administrative expenses for the year ended March 31, 2024.
