Joy City PPT (00207) announced that Chen Lang has resigned as chairman and no longer serves as chairman of the nomination committee and authorized representative. Chen Lang will continue to serve as a non-executive director; Yao Changlin, executive director and general manager, as well as members of the Remuneration Committee and the Executive Committee, have assumed additional positions as chairman, nomination committee chairman and authorized representative; Liu Yun and Zhu Laibao have resigned as non-executive directors; and Zhang Hongfei, Zhang Mingrui and Wu Lipeng have been appointed as non-executive directors, effective from June 28, 2024.
