(hereinafter referred to as the "company") (Nanjing Iron & Steel, stock code: 600282.SH) has received a notice from Taifutou Steel (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Special Steel") regarding the completion of the equity transfer of Hubei Xinye Steel Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Xinye Steel")'s indirect controlling shareholder, Nanjing Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Steel Group"), of which Jiangsu Special Steel acquired 55.2482% of the equity.

On June 27, 2024, Nanjing Steel Group obtained the "Registration Notice" and "Business License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration Bureau of Nanjing City, confirming that the equity involved in the aforementioned "Equity Transfer Agreement" signed by Jiangsu Special Steel and Xinye Steel has completed the market supervision administration registration procedures. Jiangsu Special Steel holds 55.2482% equity of Nanjing Steel Group.
