Japanese ADR (American Depositary Securities) shares fell in comparison to the Tokyo Stock Exchange (160.74 yen conversion), Japan Post Bank ＜7182 ＞, Japan Post Service ＜6178 ＞, Tokyo Elec ＜8035＞, DISCO ＜6146 ＞, Shin-Etsu Chemical (4063), Murata Seisakusho ＜6981＞, Recruit HD ＜6098＞, etc. fell, and general sales were dominant. The Chicago Nikkei 225 futures settlement value is 39,415 yen, 205 yen lower than the Osaka daytime ratio.

The US stock market rose. The Dow average closed at 39,127.80, up 15.64 dollars, and the Nasdaq index rose 87.50 points to 17,805.16. The rise in long-term interest rates weighed on, and the decline in sentiment. Expectations for interest rate cuts receded as senior Fed officials showed an attitude of not rushing to cut interest rates one after another the day before. While the cautious mood spread ahead of the announcement of the PCE price index, which the Fed emphasizes, over the weekend, high-tech stocks remained steady against the backdrop of expectations surrounding artificial intelligence (AI), which supported the market price.

The dollar and yen fell to 160 yen 02 yen in the New York foreign exchange market on the 26th, then rose to 160 yen 84 yen, and closed at 160 yen 80 yen. The view that the United States is not in a hurry to cut interest rates spread, and in response to the fact that it surpassed the high dollar price of 160 yen 17 yen on 4/29 in the London market, it began ahead of dollar buying/yen sales.
