China Shipping Fund plans to transfer 99.99% of Beijing Wanyang's shares to China Life Insurance Real Estate, China Life Insurance Real Estate plans to transfer 0.01% of Beijing Wanyang's shares to China Life Insurance Real Estate. The total share transfer transaction price between China Shipping Fund and China Life Insurance Real Estate is expected to exceed RMB 61 billion. At the same time, Qihang Fund relinquished the preferential purchase rights for China Life Insurance Real Estate's proposed transfer of 0.01% of Beijing Wanyang's shares.

This transaction can enable Qihang Fund to withdraw its investment in the project, obtain investment income, and recover the investment principal.
