On June 26th, Glon Hui reported that Oneforce Hldgs (01933.HK) had a revenue of RMB 491 million for the fiscal year ended on March 31st, 2024, a year-on-year increase of 9.05%; gross profit was RMB 77.078 million, a year-on-year decrease of 18.76%; shareholders' net profit was RMB 8.357 million, a year-on-year decrease of 74.34%; and the basic earnings per share was RMB 0.0169.

The decrease in net profit was mainly due to (i) a decrease in gross profit of approximately RMB 17.801 million during the reporting period; (ii) an increase in impairment losses on trade receivables, contract assets, and other receivables of approximately RMB 2.401 million; (iii) an increase in financial costs of approximately RMB 1.24 million; and (iv) a decrease in other income of approximately RMB 3.919 million.
