The first phase of "Fei Yang" in Tuen Mun developed by Cheung Kong (01113.HK) and Sun Hung Kai (00016.HK) today sold the 10 units of the first phase added in the form of first-come, first-served basis. Three units were sold in the first hour, including one three-bedroom unit and two two-bedroom units, realizing a total of HKD 20 million.

One of them is Unit E on the 19th floor of Block 2, a 722 square foot three-bedroom unit, with a selling price of HKD 9.779 million and an average price per square foot of HKD 13,544.
