The units sold in the form of a price list include 10 open units, 27 1-bedroom units, 49 2-bedroom units, and 32 3-bedroom units.

The units sold in the form of a price list are available for a net sale price ranging from HKD 2,993,700 to HKD 8,437,900, and the net price per square foot ranges from HKD 11,079 to HKD 12,724. The batch of units has a market value of over HKD 700 million based on pricing.

On the opening day of the project, two sessions, A and B, were available for unit sales. Buyers in group A must purchase at least one 3-bedroom unit or 2 to 6 units of other types, while buyers in group B can purchase 1 to 4 units.
