Eft Solutions (08062.HK) announced that the expected total amount of profit attributable to shareholders and comprehensive income of the Group will increase by approximately HKD 11.4 million or 59.1% to approximately HKD 30.7 million for the year ending 31 March 2024, compared to approximately HKD 19.3 million for the year ended 31 March 2023.

The board of directors believes that the above-mentioned increase in profits for the year ending 31 March 2024 is mainly due to (including): the increase in revenue and gross profit, mainly due to the increase in revenue from providing system support and software solutions-related services; partially offset by the increase in administrative expenses.
