Guillamun joins LRS Healthcare as senior vice president of healthcare operations, with primary responsibility for strategic oversight of the organization's healthcare recruiting and business development functions.
Guillamun brings a strong background in staffing, recruitment and business development, having managed and led teams across the full healthcare spectrum for large, global organizations. Prior to joining LRS Healthcare, he most recently served as vice president of global healthcare projects/RPO talent acquisition for Korn Ferry and divisional vice president of recruiting for AMN Healthcare's Staff Care brand.
