Riot Platforms, Inc. (NASDAQ:RIOT) ("Riot") today announced that it has requisitioned a special meeting of Bitfarms Ltd. (NASDAQ:BITF) ("Bitfarms" or the "Company") shareholders (the "Special Meeting") to reconstitute the Bitfarms Board of Directors (the "Bitfarms Board").
