Get nice Holdings (00064.HK) announced that the group's expected surplus for the year ending March 31, 2024 will decrease by about 70% compared to the surplus for the year ending March 31, 2023, which is approximately HKD 264 million.

The reduction is mainly due to (i) the fair value of the group's investment properties decreasing based on the latest property valuation results; (ii) the fair value loss of financial assets recognized in profit or loss increasing in accordance with fair value; (iii) the provision for net impairment losses on receivables increasing; and (iv) the increase in income tax (2023: income tax offset).
