会议地点：佛山市顺德区乐从镇文华南路保利中心T2栋蒙娜丽莎大厦30楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于选举第四届董事会非独立董事的议案》
2、《关于选举第四届董事会独立董事的议案》
3、《关于选举第四届监事会股东代表监事的议案》。
