Heritage Environmental Services Appoints Kelly Gast to Board of Directors
INDIANAPOLIS, June 21, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Heritage Environmental Services ("HES"), an EQT Infrastructure portfolio company, announced today that Kelly Gast has been appointed to its Board of Directors effective immediately. Gast will also serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee.

She grew to global purview of the Crop Science division at Bayer as CFO, acting as righthand to the divisional Chief Executive Officer and reporting to both the overall CFO and CEO.
