According to the announcement by China Technology Industry Group (08111), on June 21, 2024, Sanmenxia Baidu Encyclopedia (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Hebei Hanergy signed an EPC contract related to the construction of an energy storage power station located in Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, China.
According to the EPC contract, Hebei Hanergy, as the EPC contract contractor, shall be responsible for the following aspects related to the project: The construction design, material procurement, construction and commissioning of an energy storage power station (Henan Energy Storage Power Station) with a capacity of 30 MW / 180 MWh located in the industrial aggregation zone of Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, China; and complete all the procedures required for the completion of the construction of Henan Energy Storage Power Station.
