K CASH Group (02483.HK) announced the establishment of its wholly-owned subsidiary K Cash Japan, as an overseas entity to develop financing channels in Japan. Recently, K Cash Japan received a loan financing of 500 million yen (or about HKD 25 million) from Funds Lending on this day (21st), which K CASH Group intends to use to expand its loan portfolio and operational capital.

The group pointed out that this transaction is its first acquisition of funds in Japan, and also the first time a lender has provided loans to a company group outside Japan. The group will continue to explore various opportunities to expand its sources of funding (including but not limited to obtaining funds from other countries and regions) to support its development.
