据了解，转融通是指证券金融公司将自有或者依法筹集的资金和证券出借给证券公司，以供其办理融资融券业务的经营活动。上交所接受借入人借入申报的时间为每个交易日 9:15 至 11:30、13:00 至 15:10。
公开资料显示，新天然气法人代表为张蜀，公司注册资本4.24亿元。
