Reported Earlier, Melar Acquisition Corp. I Prices $150M Initial Public Offering Of 15M Units At $10/Unit
The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") under the symbol "MACIU" commencing Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
