金融界2024年6月17日消息，北交所向欧康医药发起了关于对成都欧康医药股份有限公司的年报问询函。
据了解，该问询函主要针对欧康医药的多项业务进行详细询问，包括2023年的经营业绩，原因分析，实施建设工程和固定资产的情况，存货及应收账款的情况，出口产品保险费以及新设境外子公司等诸多方面。
北交所要求欧康医药在2024年7月1日前提交有关说明材料并对外披露。
