Country Garden (02007.HK), through its subsidiary Country Garden Real Estate, announced that during the H19 Bi Di 3, H20 Bi Di 3, H20 Bi Di 4, H1 Bi Di 01, H1 Bi Di 02, H1 Bi Di 03, and H1 Bi Di 04 corporate bondholder meetings held in September 2023, the company agreed to provide credit enhancement guarantees for a total of 24 assets, including land assets, partial or entire project equity of the company, and project company equity income, held by it or its designated entity for the relevant bonds.

Country Garden Real Estate has already signed relevant credit enhancement agreements and other mortgage registration documents with the corresponding trustees, actively promoting the mortgaging process. As of now, 21 assets have completed the credit enhancement guarantee process, adding one asset compared to the progress disclosed by the company on April 12. Three assets are still in the process.
