金融界6月14日消息，北京银行发布公告，将于2024年7月18日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月11日，当日收市后持有北京银行股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：北京银行总行三层新闻发布厅。
本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：
1、关于选举部分董事的议案
2、关于选举李晓慧女士为外部监事的议案
3、关于与北京市国有资产经营有限责任公司存款关联交易的议案。
