FIH Mobile Limited (02038) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Linkage Crown Limited, injected capital into Fushan, its direct wholly-owned subsidiary. Linkage Crown Limited proposed further injection of capital into Fushan for the third time, with a total amount of USD 42.362 million to be used as its working capital and general corporate purposes. The proposed third capital injection is expected to take effect in August 2024.

Fushan's main businesses include the manufacturing, processing and assembly of mobile devices, audio equipment (headphones, smart speakers and microphones), computer equipment (e-readers and assembled PCB products), optical equipment (optical and digital projectors, lenses and optical ultrasonic equipment), wearable devices (smart watches) and electronic and telecommunications equipment (smart encrypted electronic wallets and 5G routers).
