TAI CHEUNG HOLD (00088) has announced that for the year ending March 31, 2024, the net surplus attributable to equity holders of the company is expected to be no less than HKD 74 million, while the net loss for last year was HKD 20 million.

The Group expects to turn losses into profits this year, mainly due to improvements in property sales under the Group; interest rates have risen, increasing interest income; and significant improvements in the Group's affiliated company Consolidated Hotels Limited, which has benefited from resumption of business and tourism activities.
