Coolpad Group (02369.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Xcentz has purchased 2,700 electronic computing servers from Jingyun Intelligent Technology for a total price of US$13.5837 million (approximately HK$106 million). The transaction fees will be paid through the group's internal resources. The transaction is expected to be completed within three months.

The group is actively seeking opportunities to enter the digital currency field. The group's existing computing power is 873,000TH/s. After the above purchase, its computing power will increase to 1,504,800TH/s. The purchase will allow the group to expand its digital currency business and achieve a more diversified business balance, and provide long-term stable income.
