会议地点：浙江海宁经编产业园区新民路18号公司会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于回购注销2021年股权激励计划部分限制性股票暨减少注册资本的议案》
2、《关于修订<公司章程>的议案》。
